Youth Employment Accelerator
Rwanda boosts a young, vibrant and creative workforce. Through our Youth Employment Accelerator, we are building the capacity of enterprising professionals to not just be consumers of events but manufacturers and business owners in the sports and creative sectors of Rwanda’s fast growing MICE industry.
This program was refined based on learnings from a pilot developed by our Founders in 2023,
that was supported by the late Dr.Carmen Nibigira, through the Mastercard Foundation. Her
mentorship of the founders shaped the values, best practices and impact-focused outcomes of
the program for all youth, women, persons with disabilities and refugees

Events for Impact Community of practice
The Events for Impact Community of Practice is a dynamic program designed to empower event
entrepreneurs and stakeholders to transform events into powerful tools for economic and
social change. This program serves as a collaborative platform where members can share
best practices, access expert-led training, and explore innovative impact solutions tailored to
the events industry.
By fostering a culture of learning and co-creation, the community connects event organizers, supporting SMEs and non-for-profit organizations to resources, mentorship, and impact funding investment and sourcing.
